Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we usually only ship to the UK, however we have shipped elsewhere. Please contact us if you are outside of the UK.
If you are UK based we can either post your order or you can collect at a show for free. Please see our show diary to see where you can collect and contact us to let us know.
Do you accept returns?
Returns for standard orders are accepted as long as they are clean and unused. We are not liable for returns shipping costs.
For bespoke orders due to incorrect sizing (when not measured by us) returns and alterations are not accepted.
How do I wash my onesies?
All of our products can be washed at 30 degrees celcius.
Do not use fabric conditioner or bleach.
Towelling products can be refreshed by tumble drying on a low heat or by ironing on low. If left to air dry, towelling onesies are best turned inside out for quicker drying.

How do I order?
Stock we have available to buy immediately can be viewed on our online shop. These are all standard sizes.
Bespoke orders can be made using the contact us form, by email or via Facebook.
How do I put on a onesie/ take it off?
Putting on
Fold back the hood and place over the head
Put in the front feet
Pull the onesie down the back and pop in the back legs
Taking off
Take back legs out
Pull onesie forward and over the head like a jumper. The dog can then step out of the front legs
