We pride ourselves on delivering quality products for you and your pup to enjoy. If something isn’t quite right then please get in touch with us! 

It’s the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they order the correct product for their requirements. Taggles Woof Stuff only give advice based on past experience and the information you give us, and we cannot be held accountable for any items that do not fit.

Taggles Woof Stuff are in no way responsible for inaccurate information entered into an order directly by a customer regarding product, size, colour, address, etc., although we will do our best to help with the measuring process.

Exchanges

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
  • All items must be returned in a new condition.
  • Exchanges that are for the same size and product line are are free of charge.
  • Exchanges for a different size or product line may be subject to part-refund or additional charge.
  • Bespoke items are eligible for free first-time adjustments, which includes one size change if needed. Please contact us for more details.
  • All exchanges are subject to shipping costs and all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once your return is received and approved, your exchange item will be processed as fast as possible. 

Returns

  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Any shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items must be returned in a new condition
  • Approved returns will be refunded or issued as store credit once received.
  • Return shipments must be clearly identified with your order reference or your name and address.
  • Bespoke items or off the shelf items that have been adjusted cannot be returned or refunded

Seasonal Return Policy

Orders placed for seasonal events such as Christmas maybe subject to an extended return period. Please contact us for more details. 

Sale Items

Sale items are offered at a discounted rate. Please check the item carefully before purchasing as we may not be able to exchange.

Missing or incorrect items

If you receive an order with a missing or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days upon recovering the order for a resolution.
